Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PMP Certification required.
• 10+ years of project management experience in engineered-to-order environments.
• Experience managing portfolios around $100M annually.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of customer projects valued at ~ $100M annually.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and manage expectations.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Safety, Finance, Testing, and Sales.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and recovery actions.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Drive risk mitigation, change control, and margin management.
