TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist for a contract-to-hire role based in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, process orders across multiple channels, and coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate pricing, billing, and service delivery.

Responsibilities include handling delivery receipts, government transactions, and online customer support for orders and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer orders and account information.
• Familiarity with pricing inquiries and product details.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from multiple channels (phone, fax, website, email, EDI).
• Provide information on product availability and pricing.
• Reconcile dealer/national accounts and audit transactions.
• Settle invoice discrepancies and maintain up-to-date accounts.
• Process transactions involving government entities and release delivery receipts.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports using Access and Excel.
• Support customer online billing and backorder releases.
• Collaborate with Sales and Credit on program implementations.
