Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Delivery Lead based in Chino, CA, to manage an account and supervise a team delivering services outside of sales. You will coordinate contractor staffing, reporting, and issue resolution, ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder communication, and leadership with experience managing risk, budgets, and performance across portfolios. This role is onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Preferred: Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP).
• Preferred: PMP and/or IAOP (Outsourcing Professional) and Scrum Master certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language).
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered.
• Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams.
• Documentation: Document and communicate processes and procedures to all stakeholders.
