Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Account Specialist to manage the order-to-invoice process, ensure timely delivery, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer needs and maintain accurate invoicing.

Responsibilities include entering orders via SAP, resolving inquiries, coordinating with shipping and production, and supporting customers through portals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of order management experience in a manufacturing environment or a bachelors degree in a related field in lieu of experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proven oral and written communication proficiencies.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ownership of issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-invoice process for customers and ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Enter orders via EDI, email, and phone into SAP ERP.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain to meet customer requirements and provide high-quality service.
• Coordinate with shipping, production, transportation and credit to ensure seamless order transactions.
• Support order management through customer portals and resolve payment discrepancies.
