ERMCO Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative, Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers in the distribution transformer industry.

This remote role supports US-based accounts across multiple states, with relocation assistance if needed. You will develop account plans, collaborate across internal teams, and act as a trusted advisor to align ERMCO’s solutions with customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the distribution transformer industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO’s offerings accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans to customers and internal leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and customer expectations.
