ERMCO is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers in the distribution transformer industry. This remote role supports assigned strategic accounts across multiple states.

Candidate will develop tailored solutions, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable account strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to understand client challenges and align ERMCO’s offerings.
• Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and account plans.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per guidelines and customer expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and feedback to inform plans.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
• Represent ERMCO at industry events and trade shows.
• Travel to customer sites and events up to 50%.
