You will serve as the primary contact, aligning ERMCO’s solutions with customer business goals and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to drive growth. This position is remote within a defined set of states and offers relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable account strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the distribution transformer industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and prepare regular business reviews.
