Anthropic Limited is seeking a Scaled Account Manager for Beneficial Deployments in San Francisco. You will own a named nonprofit/education book, drive activation, and manage end-to-end relationships with strategic conversations and automation using Claude.

You’ll partner across Marketing, Product and Support to turn deployments into lasting value for mission-driven clients. The role emphasizes growth, playbooks, and collaborating with executive leaders to align use cases with organizational

Competenze

• 3+ years of account management or customer success experience with nonprofit or higher education customers.
• Owned customer relationships in an account management or customer success role.
• Experience using AI in your daily work.
• Ability to structure and plan in unfamiliar problems quickly.
• Have run multi-step programs with several stakeholders and kept them on track.
• Able to explain AI plainly to skeptical, busy audiences.
• Care about the mission of nonprofits and about safe AI deployment.
