Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Enablement Lead for the Beneficial Deployments team. You will build Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer programs and own kits, credentials, and quality gates to onboard intermediaries who will deliverAnthropic-designed workshops at scale.

The role partners with Beneficial Deployments Customer Success, Partnerships, Claude Corps leadership, and Education. Travel for in-person cohorts is expected as the program scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management.
• Train-the-trainer at scale with certified facilitator networks.
• Learning design and delivery for adult learners.
• Nonprofit ecosystem fluency with intermediaries serving mission-driven orgs.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and Claude ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end: its tracks, the credential, and recertification
• Build the kits intermediaries teach from: activation playbook, decks, guides, data and workbooks
• Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries and design repeatable application routing
• Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries and evolve offerings based on needs
• Build connective tissue among intermediaries: shared office hours and a stable facilitator cohort
• Support Claude Corps enablement thinking to extend reach and feed back into enablement content
• Maintain quality gates when Anthropic is not in the room and monitor session outcomes
• Run the program as a single system with content intake, LMS, and attribution models
• Own program metrics: trainers engaged, activations, and cost per organization
• Be the field voice inside Anthropic, feeding learnings into product and engagement models
• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management
• Train-the-trainer at scale: built/run a certified trainer network
