Pleasant Holidays is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to drive growth by partnering exclusively with AAA travel advisors and branch leadership. The role combines strategic planning, consultative selling, and hands-on engagement across branches to expand Member First product adoption and revenue opportunities.

The position emphasizes frequent in-person visits, data-informed planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
• Travel industry experience preferred, especially with travel advisors.
• Ability to analyze sales data and use CRM, reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% for branch visits, meetings, and events.

• Develop territory and account strategies to accelerate growth with AAA travel advisors.
• Conduct branch visits, advisor consultations, and business reviews to drive adoption.
• Plan and execute events, trainings, and campaigns to boost engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to meet objectives.
• Manage CRM activity, pipeline, and performance reporting.
