Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to own growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers. You will lead executive conversations, align Leica’s portfolio to client objectives, and drive enterprise opportunities with cross‑functional teams.

You will report to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts and work remotely to support designated geographies, traveling 50-75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales or strategic account experience.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives in large health systems.
• Ability to lead strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, CRM, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate customer priorities into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, market share expansion, and overall commercial performance across assigned health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and strategic healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify customer priorities, competitive opportunities, and a clear path to win.
• Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems’ portfolio and capabilities to customer business objectives and investment priorities.
• Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to accelerate opportunity progression and support long-term growth.
• Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute account strategies, remove barriers, and accelerate revenue growth, competitive wins, and share gain.
