Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Support for Strategic Accounts in the US East region.

You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers delivering AWS Support to strategic customers, shaping operational success, and guiding senior stakeholders on incidents and trade-offs. You will partner with sales and executives to drive adoption of AWS, influence roadmaps, and ensure resilient, cost-efficient cloud operations across large enterprise workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
• 5+ years direct customer engagement with senior executives.
• 7+ years design/implementation/operations with distributed apps.
• 7+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed apps.

Responsabilités

• Champion strategic customers within Amazon Web Services.
• Lead Technical Account Manager team solving technical issues with AWS engineers.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions for cloud deployment and resilience.
• Help strategic customers define IT and business processes for cloud deployments.
• Engage with executives to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Work with AWS leadership to influence the product roadmap.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation through reviews and runbooks.
• Provide detailed service disruption reviews and pre-launch planning.
