Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Support Manager to lead a team delivering AWS Support/Unified Operations to strategic customers. You will work with sales and executives to plan launches, oversee ongoing operations of critical applications, and elevate customer needs within AWS.

You will drive proactive risk mitigation, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape the service delivery roadmap to maximize cloud value for top accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.

• Champion and advocate for strategic customers within AWS.
• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers serving strategic customers.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are deployable and resilient.
• Help define IT/business processes for cloud deployments.
• Engage executives to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Collaborate with AWS leaders to influence the product roadmap.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation via reviews, runbooks, and incident response.
• Provide reviews of disruptions metrics and pre-launch planning.
