Job summary

Cyclomedia is seeking an Account Director, Strategic Accounts to grow and expand our presence with State Departments of Transportation across the United States. The role oversees ongoing relationships, articulates the value of LiDAR, imagery, and asset extraction, and drives multi-year programs.

This position requires frequent travel and can be based anywhere in the U.S. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data to support agency workflows, and target expansion

Qualifications

• This role requires extensive experience with state DOT accounts and long sales cycles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
• Frequent travel across the United States is expected.

Responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of State DOT accounts as the senior point of contact.
• Deepen relationships with data, GIS, asset management and executive teams.
• Articulate Cyclomedia’s LiDAR, imagery, software, and solutions.
• Identify where data can solve safety, asset, and planning challenges.
• Develop account strategies to build multi-year statewide programs.
• Shaped by industry trends, funding, budgets, and procurement cycles.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering to tailor agency workflows.
• Utilize CRM and resources to manage opportunities and revenue.
• Engage with associations like AASHTO and TRB; pursue professional development.
• Represent Cyclomedia at events, exhibits, webinars, and meetings.
