Job summary

Image Sensing Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand adoption of Autoscope Analytics by building trusted relationships with transportation consulting firms and guiding them through early proposals and studies.

You will enable consultant teams to apply our analytics within workflows, manage opportunities from outreach to contracting, and expand strategic accounts across multiple offices and practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transportation engineering, planning, infrastructure consulting, technical sales, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, transportation planning, business administration, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build consultant partnerships with practice leaders, project managers, engineers, planners, and safety professionals across priority consulting firms.
• Enable consultant teams to apply Autoscope Analytics within workflows, including early project setup, interpretation of outputs, and development of client-facing deliverables.
• Support early opportunities by working with consultants on initial proposals, scopes, and studies to apply capabilities in client work.
• Drive toward autonomy by transitioning consultant teams from assisted use to independent, repeatable use of Autoscope Analytics.
• Expand strategic accounts by growing usage within successful firms across offices, practices, projects.
