Job summary

You will develop customer strategies, coordinate with Sales Director and suppliers, and drive proposals and presentations while building key relationships.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership of a staff, and travel. Base salary starts at $150,000 with a bonus eligibility, and Graybar offers comprehensive benefits and an employee

Qualifications

• 5 years progressively responsible sales and supervisory experience.
• 6+ years experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques.
• Experience with continuous improvement practices.
• Travel required; ability to budget effectively.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer strategy for assigned strategic accounts.
• Coordinate activities with Sales Director for assigned strategic accounts.
• Coordinate activity with key suppliers.
• Direct the development of proposals and presentations.
• Develop key relationships.
• Identify opportunities at key accounts and coordinate offering development.
• Manage Strategic Accounts staff.
