Decagon is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to independently build a pipeline with top global brands and close strategic deals. The role combines product-minded thinking with scrappy execution and close collaboration with engineering and deployment teams.

You will develop account plans, forecast revenue, and drive expansion with CX, Product, and Operations leaders, while maintaining expert knowledge of our AI-powered platform and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of growing revenue with large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to speak the language of the C-suite.
• Consultative selling with value-based solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos.
• Build deep relationships with CX, Product, and Operations leaders.
• Identify opportunities to expand with customers.
• Collaborate with founders, deployment strategists, and engineering to tailor solutions.
• Forecast and report pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic deals.
• Provide feedback to product and leadership to influence roadmap.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Expect moderate travel.
