Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Senior Account Manager – AI Solutions to lead strategic enterprise and hyperscale AI accounts within our AI Solutions organization. You will own the full customer lifecycle, driving technical alignment and program execution across cross-functional teams to deliver production deployments.

You will translate customer objectives into structured delivery plans, manage governance and reporting, and identify expansion opportunities with multi-year roadmaps for AI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years in Account Management, Technical Sales, Program Management, or AI/Enterprise Tech roles.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase enterprise or hyperscale programs.
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle for enterprise AI accounts from discovery to deployment.
Lead cross-functional execution across AI engineering, platform, data science, MLOps, infrastructure, operations, and service teams.
Manage program schedules, risks, and executive reporting.
Translate customer objectives into structured delivery plans and roadmaps.
Drive account growth through expansion opportunities and new use cases.
