Decagon is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead high-impact relationships with top brands and drive revenue growth. You will own strategy development, executive-level engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to close strategic deals.

You will partner with engineering, deployment, and leadership teams to tailor solutions, forecast pipelines, and influence product roadmaps while managing multiple stakeholders and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Proven revenue growth with large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos.
• Develop deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization.
• Understand the customer’s business, challenges, and priorities to uncover opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic deals.
• Provide feedback to product and leadership to influence the roadmap.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Expect moderate travel.
