Decagon, a conversational AI platform, is seeking a senior enterprise sales strategist to develop go-to-market strategies for top logos in the United States. You will own the plan to break into strategic accounts and close high-value deals, while building trusted relationships with decision-makers across organizations.

The role requires a proven track record in strategic sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales with a proven revenue growth track record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Experience with benefits as a value proposition and stakeholder management across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos for Decagon.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations.
