Decagon is seeking a senior, high-ambition individual contributor to lead AI solution delivery for Fortune 500 customers. You will own the end-to-end account outcomes, partnering with Strategic Account Directors and Forward Deployed Engineers to scale agents in production and drive transformative AI adoption.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, influencing executive leadership and shaping the product roadmap with real-world deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience owning high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives.
• Desire to design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose problems.
• Ability to discuss AI agent designs with engineers and executives.
• Track record as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers in large orgs.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suites, defining AI transformation roadmaps.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production.
• Turn playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts.
• Direct FDEs and partner teams to deliver at scale while owning outcomes.
• Provide feedback loops to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
