Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Leader to manage a large Phoenix-based client and oversee talent development and service delivery across two delivery centers. You will drive client satisfaction, guide account teams, and partner with operations to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, senior-level client engagement, and strong operations oversight. Travel is approximately 10%, with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience with a proven track record as a manager of people in a national or global environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage one large client account with teams across two Service Delivery Centers.
• Provide guidance on talent development, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Lead, develop and empower client teams and oversee reports and performance.
