The role reports to the Sr. VP of AMS Legal Services with ~10% travel between Phoenix and New York. Schedule is Mon-Fri, onsite with 4 days for first 4–6 months, then 3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Senior-level client engagement and consultative skills are prerequisites for success.
• Strategic leadership with ability to anticipate client needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large Phoenix-based client with oversight of talent development and service delivery.
• Provide operational oversight and escalate issues to SVP or MD as needed.
• Supervise and mentor four direct reports: two Account Directors, one General Manager, one Account Manager.
• Foster data-driven culture and ensure accounts meet client expectations and compliance.
