Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an account manager to service and grow an assigned book of business under supervision. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with service managers, and respond to escalations to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pricing and service activities, cross-referencing products, and creating monthly/quarterly performance reports. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred with 1+ year sales/account management experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• 1 year of account management or sales experience preferred.
• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales is a plus.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts).
• Support and work with all service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to escalated issues; seek additional support from management as needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to product/service strategies.
• Manage pricing and service-related activities.
• Perform product cross-referencing activities.
• Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.
