Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a candidate to service and manage an assigned book of business. You will support service managers, build client relationships, and respond to escalated issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include pricing management, cross-referencing products, and generating monthly/quarterly reports while collaborating with teams to align client needs with product strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of account management or sales experience preferred.
• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts).
• Support and work with service managers and specialists for accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to escalated issues and seek management support as needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings with customers and align needs with product strategies.
• Manage pricing and service-related activities.
• Perform product cross-referencing activities.
• Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.
