Job summary

Renovia is a commercial construction company focused on coatings and repairs. The Customer Success Manager will own an assigned portfolio, coordinating across Sales, Program Management, Central Account Operations, Operations and Finance to maximize long-term customer value and alignment.

You will drive customer health, retention, and expansion by leading quarterly business reviews, building trusted relationships, and implementing SOPs and playbooks across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business admin or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with sales reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own cradle-to-grave coordination across projects in the portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and drive proactive communication.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and performance updates.
• Identify and execute opportunities for growth and account expansion.
