Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to drive day-to-day sales activities, support assigned accounts, and coordinate with field sales, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order flow. You will process quotes and orders, negotiate pricing, resolve pre- and post-sales issues, and work with Infosys on reports and exceptions.

A 2-year degree and 3–5 years of experience are typical requirements.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 3-5 years of experience.
• Ability to complete work under moderate supervision.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot table experience preferred).
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day sales activities, support and customer service tasks for assigned accounts; liaise between internal resources, suppliers, and customers.
• Process quotes and orders; coordinate with PMs for quotes and pricing; ensure full margin from suppliers for fieldwork.
• Resolve pre- and post-sales issues; manage orders, invoicing, returns, and delivery status; coordinate with multiple internal teams.
• Support sales team with Order-to-Invoice processes; manage reports and exceptions in e-Compass and bond requests; monitor commitments.
