Arrow Electronics in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to manage account relationships, maximize margins, and drive value-added solution selling with internal and external resources to ensure on-time delivery and strong partnerships. You will own the quote-to-order process, oversee credit and financial information, and coordinate cross-functional support to win opportunities.

Travel to Arrow offices may be required; a 4-year degree or equivalent is expected with 5–7

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing account relationships and strategic service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base.
• Drive sales excellence through customer strategy development in the assigned territory.
• Oversee order-to-invoice processes and coordinate cross-functional support for quotes, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Set strategy for the quote process and negotiate pricing and markups.
