Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to provide expert service and sales support, assisting inside sales and test-house engagements. The role emphasizes KPI improvement, on-time delivery, and accurate order-to-invoice processes.

The position requires intermediate Excel/Office skills and a track record in customer service, with a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge gained through training or work experience in customer service and sales support.
• Ability to identify issues and make sound decisions in straightforward situations.
• Detail oriented, organized with strong time-management skills.
• Intermediate Excel and Office Suite skills required.
• Hybrid onboarding with initial in-office period and subsequent 3/2 split.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and OSP engagements.
• Help maintain performance expectations to boost Arrow's position with customers and suppliers.
• Handle complex discrepancies, interfacing with test houses and internal staff to propose solutions.
• Improve KPI metrics such as on-time delivery and minimize warehouse quality issues.
• Manage Order to Invoice process, including direct expediting with test houses and reporting backlog.
• Prepare WOs in Oracle and manage delivery documents for test houses; support quick inquiry responses.
