Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line of support to customers as the key contact for the customer/supplier relationship.
• Enter customer POs and flow down notes into the ERP system; verify price and lead time; adhere to ITC/Legal obligations.
• Coordinate with various functions to ensure Customer Service needs are met in a timely manner.
• Support RFQ/RFPs and entry of POs; follow up on quotes and forecast requirements; give feedback to management.
• Work with Credit Department to establish credit terms; initiate and manage customer claims; analyze data on customer needs and trends.
