Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as focal for customer interactions and technical coordination.
• Request and assemble information to support RFQ/RFPs; follow-up with customers.
• Provide documents to customers and coordinate with Credit for terms.
• Load customer orders into ERP per PO and contract requirements.
• Respond to warranty claims and returns; coordinate reviews and pricing.
• Ensure ITC/Export compliance and document retention.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure work environment; follow Hexcel policies.
