Job summary

Hexcel is seeking an Account Representative in Casa Grande, AZ. You will coordinate with customers, support RFQ/RFP processes, and manage order entry in the ERP system, ensuring accurate pricing and documentation.

Your role involves tracking quotes and forecasts, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with Credit and other departments to meet customer needs while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of equivalent experience in customer support, retail, project management, or production.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal for customer interactions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support customer meetings and RFQ/RFP processes.
• Follow up on quotes, forecasts, and communicate feedback to management.
• Load customer orders into ERP per Purchase Orders and price codes.
• Manage warranty claims and returns with cross‑functional coordination.
• Ensure ITC/Export compliance and maintain documentation.
