Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Technical Account Representative for our Casa Grande, AZ location. The role focuses on coordinating technical communications with customers, assembling data for RFQ/RFPs, and managing ERP-based order entries, with emphasis on manufacturing standards and compliance.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ year in customer support or project coordination, preferably in aerospace or composites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in customer support, project management, or production. Aerospace/manufacturing a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal for customer interactions and technical coordination, providing progress updates and scheduling.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes by gathering information from departments and providing quotes.
• Load customer orders into ERP in accordance with POs and contract terms.
• Coordinate warranty claims, returns, and appropriate pricing or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with ITC/Export controls and maintain documentation.
