Job summary

Hexcel Corporation, a global leader in advanced composites, seeks a Program Manager for its Pottsville, PA site. You will direct and coordinate programs valued at $15M–$50M, interacting with customers and internal teams to meet cost, schedule, and scope targets.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in program management, and strong communication skills. Prior aerospace/manufacturing experience and ERP/MRP proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; MBA or similar coursework is a plus but not required; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of three years in program/project/product management, operations, or engineering in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to develop plans, improve schedules, and manage costs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to present to executives and manage customer interactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal direction, tracking, coordination, and reporting for key programs with annual revenues of $15M–$50M.
• Act as focal for customer interactions and technical coordination across levels.
• Translate contractual commitments into detailed work plans integrating cross-functional teams.
• Submit periodic progress reports to site management and senior leadership.
• Lead bid/proposal processes and RFQ responses, support pricing negotiations, and track quote performance.
• Participate in Long-Term Agreement (LTA) business case development.
• Manage changes through change management processes and coordinate NPI with internal resources.
• Develop estimates to complete, monthly revenue forecasts, and S&OP/STRAP analyses.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure work environment and comply with policies.
