Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and purchase information into ERP and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, shipping, and customers to confirm orders and delivery terms.
• Provide proactive customer service and update customers on order progress.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls to the right person.
• Maintain and update paperwork such as orders, returns, and invoices.
