Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in the English Language.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as prime contact for order related activities.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers through multiple communication channels.
• Work with department peers to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
• Input new order requests and manage modifications and cancellations.
• Coordinate with plants to support on-time order shipment and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate customer address and contact information and maintain customer requirements.
• Communicate proactively with customers on requirements and order status.
