Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking an Account Manager III in Madison, WI to shadow and learn from senior staff while tackling customer accounts within an existing territory. You will help drive solution-based selling, develop key relationships, and contribute to sales growth with supervision and guidance.

The role emphasizes strategic questioning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on exposure to water-treatment problems and customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science; Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience interacting with customers at all levels of an organization; water treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, develop and implement sales strategies to grow share in the assigned geography.
• Identify key decision makers, research prospects, and collaborate with senior staff on calls and follow-ups.
• Work with senior staff to increase sales and profit margin within the territory.
• Engage technical staff to support retention and growth strategies.
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
