Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead sales in the assigned territory, build long-term customer relationships, and drive profit through a consultative approach.

You will conduct face-to-face and digital visits, set growth strategies, manage pricing, and coordinate with Product Management to capture opportunities while maintaining Brenntag's standards of customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business/Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in sales role in chemical distribution preferred.
• Frequent travel as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing sales in assigned territory with face-to-face and/or phone contact.
• Conduct customer business development and cross-/range-selling to maximize profits.
• Set growth strategies and targets for customers in the territory and align with Sales Manager.
• Visit customers regularly, prepare meetings, negotiate, and close proposals.
• Maintain accurate data in the local CRM and generate forecasts.
