Job summary

Brenntag is seeking an Account Manager to lead sales efforts in the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships through face-to-face or phone interactions in a consultative approach.

You will focus on retaining customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating with Product Management for pricing and solutions, while maintaining a high standard of customer excellence across channels.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in chemical distribution or related field.
• Experience with consultative selling and account management.
• Familiarity with CRM and pricing processes in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives and focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Identify cross- and range-selling opportunities and engage stakeholders.
• Set growth strategies and targets for customers in the territory.
