Qualifications

• Preferably post-secondary education in business, science or equivalent.
• Experience in chemical distribution sales preferred (3–5 years).
• Strong consultative sales approach and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives and enhance customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for cross- and range-selling with customers.
• Set growth strategies and conduct customer visits with meetings prep.
• Liaise with stakeholders and close proposals; manage spot offers.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast demand, and keep product knowledge current.
• Generate new customer opportunities and nurture leads.
