Responsibilities

• Transition onboarded accounts from Business Development and assume management.
• Serve as primary contact for snow removal and landscape customers.
• Manage renewals, retention, and account growth via CRM processes.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and new projects.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule crews and manage budgets.
• Ensure service standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
