Job summary

Total Retail Group LLC in Smyrna, GA seeks a dedicated account/program manager to oversee assigned client accounts, drive sales, and ensure program compliance across home improvement retailers. You will coordinate communications among clients, retailers, field teams, and internal departments from start-up through ongoing operations.

Based in Smyrna, GA, you will analyze performance, manage data, and support training while traveling up to 25% to meet objectives and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of retail/merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods experience.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong reporting, margins, and incentive understanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and coordinate program needs.
• Analyze sales trends and program performance to drive recommendations.
• Manage item setup and data maintenance for client programs.
• Develop reporting tools to improve in-store execution and compliance.
• Coordinate training initiatives and participate in client meetings and calls.
• Travel to client sites and support program goals as needed.
