Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, boost program visibility, and drive growth across the Atlanta territory. The role requires visiting local retailers, educating them on client programs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

A personal vehicle, valid license, insurance, and MVR clearance are required. You will visit 22–35 stores daily, travel within your territory, and work closely with leadership to hit goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within the territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and ensure merchant understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.
