Job summary

AAA seeks a Strategic Accounts Resources Manager to support growth and retention of key customers. You will act as the internal expert on customer programs, manage enrollment and reporting, coordinate promotions, and assist with pricing and RFPs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and travel will be required.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales support or account management and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with CRM experience. This role offers hybrid work in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including organizing and communicating data.

Responsibilities

• Manage program administration, enrollment, eligibility reviews, and documentation.
• Prepare recurring sales, rebate, and program performance reports.
• Support customer requests, RFPs, proposals, and pricing materials.
• Coordinate communications, promotions, and program materials for stakeholders.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
