Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Account Manager in La Palma, CA to build and grow retail accounts across the territory. You will enroll customers in trainings, host virtual sessions, and conduct field visits to drive growth while using Salesforce to track activity and insights.

The role requires experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, Showroom Sales, or Customer Service, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Account management, inside sales, showroom sales or customer service experience.
• Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective retail accounts.
• Enroll customers into training and educational events.
• Host virtual sessions featuring product updates, promotions, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to support account growth and strengthen partnerships.
• Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, account activity, and market intelligence.
• Analyze sales opportunities and competitive activity within assigned accounts.
