Job summary

Konnect Resources, LLC seeks an Account Representative to grow relationships with retail accounts across Northern and Southern California. Based in La Palma, the role blends account management, inside sales, customer engagement, training enrollment, virtual presentations, and periodic field visits.

The primary objective is enrolling accounts into company-sponsored training events, with a structured daily outreach cadence to promote sales opportunities, product updates, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or inside sales.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience with proactive outbound outreach and follow-up.
• Ability to manage a structured daily sales schedule.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Travel up to 25% including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Enroll retail accounts into company-sponsored training events as a primary objective.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective retail customers.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts with ongoing sales support.
• Maintain a structured daily cadence of calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Publish monthly schedule of virtual customer sessions on sales opportunities.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to educate customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase participation and sales.
• Plan monthly field visits to support growth and development.
• Travel throughout California; include multi-day/overnight trips as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce records of interactions, opportunities, and history.
• Track account potential by product and competitor; review with management.
