Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions for new and existing sales personnel using established materials.
• Support onboarding programs and communicate sales processes, tools, and performance expectations.
• Measure trainee performance and monitor progress of new sales team members.
• Develop new approaches to strengthen training effectiveness and update materials.
• Maintain training records and stay current on market trends and sales best practices.
