Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners across the client lifecycle, from onboarding to growth and renewal. You'll coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of identity protection, cyber risk, data breach, and insurance-related solutions.

You will report to the Sales VP and work primarily remotely with occasional in-person events.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years work experience in client management, project management or similar.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular meetings.
Serve as the primary client contact for implementation projects and onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate requirements and monitor post-launch activities.
Execute account management duties including client reporting, quarterly business reviews, and training materials.
Leverage CRM and reporting tools to identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
