Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for our partners throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. You will manage implementation projects, drive adoption, and collaborate with sales, product, and operations to grow revenue and retention.

The role is remote with occasional in-person events; requires strong relationship building, Salesforce proficiency, and comfort working across time zones. At least 2 years in client management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in client management or project management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships via proactive communication and regular meetings.
• Serve as primary contact for implementation projects and onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate requirements and post-launch activities.
• Manage client reporting, contract administration, and quarterly business reviews.
• Leverage CRM data to identify revenue growth opportunities and drive account expansion.
