AlphaGraphics Arlington is seeking an Account Manager to leverage our existing client portfolio and partner with new clients to drive growth at the Arlington production facility.

You will ensure client satisfaction, understand client landscapes, upsell opportunities, and coordinate proofs and job pricing with MIS tools.

The role emphasizes professionalism, strong writing and verbal skills, and a collaborative, process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clients have a positive experience.
• Know client landscape, departments, and growth opportunities.
• Know AlphaGraphics products and production processes.
• Explain benefits of products and services to customers.
• Consult with customers to help decisions; upsell/cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions.
• Review proofs, manage proofing, and contact customers when jobs are ready for pick up.
• Create timely, professionally presented job estimates with accurate pricing.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Demonstrate mastery of MIS tools to create estimates.
